Welcome to Développé Academy of Dance Website.

A développé is a classical ballet term for a movement which is used in many other dance genres. Développé translates to “developing movement” literally “to develop or unfold.”

At Développé Academy of Dance students train within a safe, secure, caring/nurturing environment. Young students are encouraged to foster a love of dance and are supported through transitional development periods and as in the développé movement the students themselves mature, develop and unfold their potential. In time confident responsible dancers and young adults emerge.

Current dance classes are based in studios in Cambridge Cambridgeshire and Swaffham Prior Cambridge Cambridgeshire.
